Wonderful WorkSmarter

We use WorkSmarter to manage absences and it has been great from easy onboarding to staff management It s made the process much simpler and transparent for the whole team You know when someone is working or not and when they are WFH or office based The HR updates are also very helpful as we are small team and rely on outside help for HR resources and regulation updates

Work Smarter is working great for our small family business Colleagues are able to book holidays with ease and its less pressure on management of keeping track on which colleague has had what as its all properly recorded Luke at worksmart was great with the set up and they are always on hand should we need support of help The Value of worksmart is affordable too for our size business

We needed a system to log our leave and staff information We are a growing charity and needed a more robust system WorkSmarter has been great for us and we ve had great service and always get a quick response to any questions we have

As our staff team has expanded we needed an easy and accessible platform to track staff holidays Worksmarter meets all of our current needs as well as having many more features that we don t use yet but may have the need for in future If we ever have any questions about how to use the platform then there is a very fast and personal response

We primarily use Worksmarter for time taken off for holidays sickness You don t know me but I would use a spreadsheet too just in case Eventually I used the spreadsheet less and became more reliant on Worksmarter It s very easy if you want to take time off you can see how many days you have if the day is available Simplicity itself What a great tool it is

Quick and easy to use We use Worksmarter to track our employee s holiday use and have never had a problem It s simple to set up groups and assign workers to specific managers and to edit the amount of days they have per year or to add days in lieu Also easy to log in and download our bills for accounts Highly recommend for a small business who doesn t want the hassle of a clunky outdated HR system
