This is a cost-effective solution for tracking holiday and HR-related issues The platform itself is user-friendly and easy to navigate However the holiday calculator could benefit from being more comprehensive and it would be helpful if the calendar could be adjusted to accommodate staff located in different offices or on floating schedules Despite this I would definitely recommend the platform overall for its ease of use and efficiency

I have mainly dealt with Luke and Holly who are great help answering questions via the chat box The site is simple to use It is easy to allocate approved holidays including separating the different departments My only criticism is the limited drop-down messages when reporting an absence It would be good to have a few more options than saying someone is absent at the start or end of the day especially for medical appointments when someone can be away and back in the morning Other than that WorkSmarter is a great job and I hope to be in a position in the future to use more of the platform Reporting holidays and absences is so much easier with straightforward reports Thank you WorkSmarter

I have been using Worksmarter for a number of years now and it has been fantastic for my small business It is easy to record holidays absences track mileage and other features There are other HR systems out there but WorkSmarter is easy to use and has some great features

It s a great system We have used Work Smarter for a few years now and the features are evolving and improving all the time The response rate from staff if you have any questions and the support is amazing so fast which is really important and not always available with some systems Highly recommend

We have been using WorkSmarter for a couple of years now it s been so much better for our team to keep track of holidays The system is easy to update with additional services there if needed We re only a small business but as we grow we won t hesitate to use WorkSmarter for more of our HR needs
