WorkSmarter has made managing holidays time off and HR tasks effortless It ensures our team always has access to essential information streamlining operations Their support team is excellent quick to answer technical questions and willing to implement extra features to fit our needs Highly recommended

WorkSmarter - Easy to use - Visually Appealing

WorkSmarter is very easy to set up and use As a small team within the school we were originally using a spreadsheet to track holidays and it became quite a faff WorkSmarter makes it so much easier for the team to request holidays and is visually easy to see the calendar to ensure no clashes or cover where needed As a school we get no funding for the use of sites like these so have been grateful for it being available for free for quite a while

Works well Can cope with assymetric hours e g different hours each day which a lot of bigger apps cn t manage Not used premium features as basic works well for what I need

WorkSmarter is an excellent tool for any business We have been operating the system for a couple of years it makes employee planning easy from holiday to absents and training its clear and and can be tailored to departments so not to crowd managers with everyone s leave if not required very adaptable Employees love it ask they can plan holidays while at home with family and know instantly if anyone else away during period they require and request leave there and then Honestly cant really fault WorkSmart and recommend it for any size company

Great software

We are a small business and have been with Worksmarter since they launched It has been a great tool for us and cant recommend it highly enough We don t utilise all the features but we manage all our holidays expenses and general HR from this platform and very happy with it The support team is always very helpful and can always rely on the co-founder Luke for anything

GOOD SYSTEM FOR STAFF HOLIDAYS

We have used WorkSmarter for several years now to book our staff holidays and log sickness absences The system works well for both employees us as employers staff find it easy to use I particularly like the daily email first thing in a morning to advise me which staff are not in work today We have now also recently started to use the TimeSheet system for our office staff to clock in and out of work on a daily basis

WorkSmarter has taken our business to the next level its easy to use and looks feels very professional Works well for us as we manage various working hours and locations The holiday booking for employees is fantastic and again looks great through the app or via a PC This has been a game changer for our business processes Very easy to introduce sett up The initial and ongoing support we have received from Molly Luke is fantastic and always very helpful I am know as our business grows our WorkSmarter application will support our further requirements Thank you to the WorkSmarter Team
