Led me to believe i was buying a brand name but gave me a generic gor beand name cost

I recently ordered a very specific product Revolution for Dogs from this Company PAID the full price of the product they sent me a Generic brand that was NOT approved by ME so I paid for this NAME BRAND at full price and they sent something that is LESS than half the price and I know NOTHING about HORRIBLE Business practice and when trying to resolve like adults they refuse to do anything about scamming me I want everyone to know they take your money for high price items and send junk-then refuse to work with you to fix it

I would give them a 0 if able I received generic brand flea medication when I paid for brand pricing They re claiming I picked generic when my email receipt says otherwise There was also a printed note taped on the boxes stating that they re unable to provide the name brand in general and they refuse to let me return the product Don t waste your money with them it s all a scam and their customer service is terrible

Ordered revolution meds only to be sent a generic brand would not accept return Very shady business Untrustworthy Avoid

Slow delivery 11 days but product was correct with excellent expiration date Packaging also excellent

I felt the need to counter some of the negative reviews First I m assuming the reason people order from WPE is because we don t want to have to get a prescription for common preventative pet meds namely flea tick and heartworm hookworm They re a solution to that problem at while also being more affordable I made the mistake of ordering the generic HartGard meds for my dog and when they arrived I noticed the packaging was generic but when I called and spoke with a rep and had no problem reaching them I quickly realized it was my mistake They offered an immediate refund and asked if I wanted them to send the brand med instead I declined and although it was a large crunchy tablet and my dog wouldn t take it I was able to get her to after hiding it in a few balls of cheddar cheese That said I now get NexGard and HartGard every 12 months and am very appreciative of the service convenience and cost-savings offered by WPE I have a good feeling there are many more satisfied customers like me but we all know the greater majority of reviews are from disgruntled customers In short don t hesitate to give them a try

I have been buying feline Revolution Plus from this company for the past several years with no real issues other than the longer time than I m used to and with no real way to track a purchase shipment I have received most of my orders within 4 - 5 weeks of placing them I have occasionally received the European namebrand in lieu of the US named Revolution Plus but the formulation is the same The packaging is labeled in metrics for weight and dosage instead of our US pounds ounces Their pricing with a 15 offered discount is about the same as when I have bought through Costco s pet pharmacy The biggest advantage I found is not having to pay an an annual vet visit in order to keep a script active with indoor only cats that see the vet as needed Indoor only can still get fleas if they come in from outside on the pant legs of we humans I understand the skepticism- I m just reporting my positive experiences over several years of successful service
