Buyer Beware Bad business

On Sept 14th I wrote an email explaining that I was in a dilemma and asked if I could have a few colors of Ink sent with 2 day delivery or faster because I have a client scheduled for Saturday the 19th and NEEDED the colors for this important sitting They promised that it would be at my spot before Saturday the 19th so I figured I would try a new company and went ahead and ordered a hefty amount of ink from them Well guess what Its now Saturday evening and no ink I lost my income for today and also now have a pissed off client that I may never see again due to this whole mess I would have rather them tell me they couldn t get it to me in time than BLATANTLY LIE have me pay for express shipping thst turned out to be regular shipping and than not even respond to 4 emails since yesterday I sent one email yesterday asking if they could please send me tracking info since it never changed on my end since it left California on its way to Philadelphia and I sent 3 more emails throughout the day today AND NOT EVER ONE RESPONSE This has been the worst customer experience of my life dealing with this company and they won t even respond You would think they would WANT to remedy a situation such as this and try to keep a high dollar customer NOPE They got my money and pulled a fast one and that is obviously all they wanted They seem to care less about their customers from what I see This was just a disgrace and I do NOT in any way think anyone should trust this company Bad news Bad business Addition ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS WOW This forum doesn t give the option to respond to the company response which is really lame since their response is a blatant lie and any company who does a customer wrong can than just lie just as this one just tried to do I SPECIFICALLY asked if my product would be here on time otherwise I didn t want to place the order and I received a response from them stating that it most certainly would be here on time since I asked for the fastest delivery A following email notified me that my package was shipped ON Sept 15th and that with the shipping I selected it WOULD be there in time for my client on Saturday Sept 19th I SO WISH that I could show emails with dates and time stamps and screenshots on this forum as well so EVERYONE could now see EXACTLY why NOT to deal with this company and just how dishonest the owner of the company is as well You would think they would be honest of their mess up and try to remedy their mistake Nope Just ANOTHER reason to NEVER deal with a dishonest company Such blatant lies deceitful tactics and they will try and they wont even take responsibility for their own mess up And that is just despicable

Leaking ink

I ordered ink and one bottle was leaking on the inside of the package and all over the other bottles which I had to clean up They sent me a replacement and it was opened and leaking as well

Ordered a machine and the description says RCA connection and they sent me a wrong one called in and they didnt know what i was talking about and instead they sent me a clip cord instead of replacing the machine Bad experience on this guys THEY DONT HAVE THE RIGHT SUPPLIES SO BE CAREFUL ORDERING WITH THIS GUYS

Worst customer service ever I paid for one matson motor and a tube of lube Its been more than one month i didnt received the product yet Really pathetic service now i ask them for a refund but they didnt said anything about refund I will never recommend this cheating seller

I feel unfortunately this shouldn t be written as the products are great but as a company Customer service is shocking the phone number given on the website might as well not be on there as I ve never had anyone pick up same for the WhatsApp weeks later still no reply I ve had deliveries not turn up with no response to any contact I ve tried resulting in me having to pay out twice as I ve had to resort to using another company Very very poor communication with customers

Ink Gone Wrong

I ordered 7 coloured inks recently I ve used them on 2 clients so far and both clients are very Dissatisfied with the color as the color did Not go into the skin properly the color was blotchy in some spots and could see skin in other spots I had to keep going over the skin too much with the color Both clients did Not heal very well like Most of my clients I ve been Tattooing for a Number of years now and I am Not happy with the Ink Product that was labeled as World Famous Tattoo Ink Very bad product and will Not waste my Money there again

Needed something cartridges urgently and was able to order it and get it in 1 day I live in Los Angeles so it is great that that I am able to get it in 1 day Than you guys for the sample of Radical Cartridges I have only use Cheyenne but the Radical are great Keep up the good work i will be back for more products
