June 15 2022 I ordered a three domains transfer service I received an order confirmation and an invoice for 29 85 USD which I immediately paid After 5 days I contacted support for the first time and asked when the domains would actually be transferred I received an answer that in addition to the transfer I have to pay for the renewal of domains for a year Immediately after that one of my domains suddenly became active in the registrar s interface So as if the transfer was completed But after checking Whois-service I realized that they faked the transfer out in user interface My next attempts to contact the support team were unsuccessful My questions was just ignored by the support Beware Scam
