Incorrect calculation payment to Finanzamt required

I did two declarations with Wundertax unfortunately the results provided by the tool were not inline with what Finanzamt has calculated e g Wundertax has calculated a positive payment to me but Finanzamt has requested me to pay them back an amount of 256 96 I am very disappointed with the tool My case is not a complicated one As mentioned I did two declarations I am anxiously waiting for the feedback in regard to the second one This is not how such tools are supposed to work in my opinion

It s very easy to use but no help from them

It s very easy to use but beware if you encounter any problem they offer no help whatsoever State didn t give me travel money and I can t talk to anyone in Finanzamt because they only speak German and support in wundertax said oh well here is their contact and you can call them I will never use their services again

I filled out everything

I filled out everything payed the money and waited the 10 week waiting period passed and I tried calling the tax office and they said that tax declaration for me has not been done and they have no info about me will never use wundertax again before I paid for the service support team was really helping me etc but as soon as I paid I have no more help just the automated replies

Disappointing Experience

I had a terrible experience using Wundertax The user experience is atrocious it s nearly impossible to understand what steps to follow how to proceed or which documents are needed The platform provides no clear guidance leaving you feeling lost and frustrated The customer service is even worse Instead of solving problems they give vague and unhelpful advice and their tone comes across as unfriendly If you re hoping for support or resolution don t bother they re useless Considering the high cost of the service it s completely overpriced for what it delivers There are far better alternatives out there like Taxfix which is more modern intuitive and actually has helpful customer support Save yourself the headache and go with a better option

I have received 170 out of 2 600 estimated in the Wundertax website This is ridiculous and unacceptable I will contact my lawyer and pursue this

Almost impossible to contact for any

Almost impossible to contact for any questions while the user interface does not allow for some critical changes like the date of entrance to Germany for the ones who just moved in

Already regret using it

Already regret using it Panel might look simple but it may screw your declaration I selcted my wife and me for tax return after putting all data in my name just disapeared submitting all incomes as my wifes only Last year i used it

Easy to fill but not all cases covered

Easy to fill the report but this provider doesn t support all cases For example Anlage WA-Est You will not find information about such restriction on the wesite In my case it was needed to solve all additional cases by myself with tax office

trust needs to be visable

UX is amazing easy to follow some missing info like home office Since have used this for 4 years i am think of going to another provider I have not been given any they promised me at the analysing part ex You can get up to 1500e in tax return just to fond out its 100e or that i have to own them money very missleading service i really dont trust them for some reason
