It is super easy to use although German tax system was never my cup of tea It took me one month to get my tax back but its worth it

Great support for foreigners in Germany User friendly platform and very good assistance when needed Communication with the tax officies in Germany is very difficult it would be great to upgrade the service by adding support on this aspect with an additional fee Overall I am really satisfied

Wundertax was really good at what its

Wundertax was really good at what its promised to do I had no issues applying for my tax returns on it and I was particularly impressed knowing all I had to do was follow the outlined number references I however wished it had a bit more samples and hints on the UI and whatever would have helped to make it feel a little less formal

overall experience was really good while submitting the tax return but it lacked one important feature We can t mentioned the money that we have sent to our family support and it contribute a lot towards your tax return I hope they implement this soon

Super simple process that gets the job done but no support after submiting declaration

they do the job and their estimate is accurate The form filling is very simple and the app has all the tips needed to fill it in correctly It s also great with relocation tax returns which can be very confusing for expats The only star taken out of it is I had been contacted by the tax office for more information and it was quite sessful and difficult to understand their requirements and the wundertax doesn t provide any support in such cases

Rupak Dey SarkarApr 8 2022 7 16 GMT 2I just deducted one star for the Wundertax software cause I didn t know that clicking on the review download draft automatically deducts the software fee from my bank account I had assumed that the payment would be the final step and hence I felt I wasn t provided that information beforehand I was able to find this under one of the FAQs but you should really put this information on the home page or somewhere more easily visible

Easy to use well-guided missing other countries considerations

The software is quite easy to use and guides the user through the tax categories income expenses etc It could be better if it distinguishes similar topics e g Steuerberater fits in two places and also if it better addresses people who have tax obligations in multiple countries e g USA Germany

Very easy to use online tool for tax returns I had no idea this could be so simple and received a tax refund equal to the wundertax calculation
