I called to inquire about my account and my phone call was answered in a timely manner The person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and resolved the issue right away

Generic provider that preys on bulk apartment deals No ability to use your own router Completely locked out of changing any settings other than your wifi password Terrible service

Bad Internet and poor customer service

This internet was forced onto us by the apartments I live in I had 1 gig service and cannot even get that now My internet was installed 3 weeks ago and ever since then my internet has been crap won t stay connected and speeds are too low and inconsistent Upload speed is so low you cannot even stream when it is one source of our income so we have been losing money since you installed your equipment Customer service sucks I have sent in numerous tickets chatted with you online and even called I just keep getting the run around that you are going to forward it to an engineer and someone will get back to me and no one ever does

This company is horrendous

This company is dog water their internet service goes down 24 7 and they say they have a technician out working on it then 24 hours later still no Internet do yourself a major favor and avoid these people like the plague most unreliable and scummy isp I ve ever seen

Terrible internet

Terrible company as others have stated just force their complex wide deals and provide very spotty internet If a stable connection is something you value just move out of any complex that forces this nobody can be reasoned with so the must be too good

Terrible Service Terrible Customer Service Pricey

Forced to use this service by my apartment Can t get access to the router to adjust my own settings The service is spotty and I don t even get the 1Gbps bandwidth I ve been emailing with customer service for weeks and no resolution yet Paying extra for not even getting the minimum bandwidth they offer I am hardwired and have not been able to get more than 100mpbs The service has disconnected my work laptop more times than I could count

worst internet provider i have ever had

the worst internet provider i have ever had in my entire life forced by apt complex to purchase super slow connection speed WHEN it is working service has been down 10 times in 5 months this last outage is now over 20 hours in length poor customer service 60 mo for 24 megs download speed pitiful
