Yet another Xiber outage

Yet another outage that Xiber just can t seem to fix for the second day in a row I have no other options for Internet and am forced to pay them each month by my landlord Xiber has also failed to provide promised speeds of 250Mbps up and down since last November Tech support has no idea why There seems to be no state regulatory agency to report Xiber to either

I wish I could rate Xiber and support representative Benjamin separately I had a support ticket left completely unassigned and without response for over a month However once I was able to find time to try a phone call Benjamin took my call and was incredible to work with Internet Service BSupport Systems ticket chatbot software FDirect Support human on phone email A

Dayna was very helpful It s difficult being able to troubleshoot things without having access to a router but after a bit of communication back and forth they were able to help me with my connection issues
