The white helmet came with one scratch and someone painted it and send the helmet anyway and the chain is missing one x-ring and is not on chain link

When buying it s all perferct Returning products it s a pain Customer support is very slow it takes days to arrange a return package To get a refund it takes 3 to 4 weeks Only one e-mail address no phone no other way of communicating They don t reed what I wrote just send me back generic answers Very frustrating

Good products but for me delivery was slow

All products I bought were good and worth the money but although they say they ship within 24h they really took their time to dispatch the items Also their google ads said free shipping over 100 euros but the site said over 150 euros When I contacted support they weren t helpful nor did they change their google ad copies so that seems like bad practice and does not inspire confidence

I have ordered a pair of boots at 18 of November after 1 month excepted the order confirmation the order was lost very poor support i will consider it if i will ever order from them again the parcel was lost they maybe do not have in stock to sent me a new one and i am waiting again for a response if they ever do so carefull consumers

No order confirmation or shipping update I sent an email to inform the desired size of pants inside leg because website did not let me choose but nothing and received the wrong size I have called and spoke to a very nice gentleman who informed me that my order was on thw way

While most of the products arrived well

While most of the products arrived well the anti fog spray bottle was wide open and the liquid was all over I have a foto of the package from when I opened it which I can send it to you

Everything was good

Everything was good except the local courier company skipped the delivery twice saying that there was no one at the address big lie they didn t enen try - i ordered at my office and invited me to pick up the package from their warehouse and that was a waste of time All the rest perfect
