Do not use the company

This company is taking bookings as a 3rd party for courses that don t even exist Willing to take my money get you to set up a profile on their online system and ask you to confirm attendance Arrived at venue for the coarse to be told that it had never existed on that date Weeks work lost with no explanation or apology and still awaiting refund Don t use this company just go directly to the trainer

None existent training course at location no longer used by the training company XYZ is a third party booking company When I contacted the real training provider there was no availability on the training courses suggested by XYZ and they no longer provided training at the location specified by the XYZ At best an inefficient and expensive third party way of booking training At worst a scam company keen to take your money for training courses that do not exist

Avoid Booked my first aid course only for it to get cancelled the very next day Eight days later I m still chasing up my refund which I need to rebook another course for work to no avail Keep getting told the same thing over and over but nobody s actually refunded me Absolutely shocking service I ve done a few first aid courses in the past with no hassles at all but this company are a bunch of cowboys waiting to scam you Book elsewhere save yourself a load of hassle as I will now be contacting trading standards and my bank etc a whole lot of hassle I could have done without God forbid you need to call the office which sounds like its run by a bunch of children with very little knowledge on what they are actually talking about Do better xyz

Fake courses advertised They will take your money call you the next day to cancel then give you the runaround when it comes to any refund They have been avoiding my calls for weeks now won t answer just keep getting put on to the answer machine regardless of which option I connect to Had to open a dispute with my bank to pursue my refund AVOID AVOID AVOID SCAMMERS

Tried to book a course Website takes payment without taking any other details this seemed a bit off as I wanted to book a work colleague I tried to phone but all options take you to an answering machine I used the chat this was clearly an AI pretending to be a real person A quick internet search found this site and told me my instinct that some was wrong was indeed correct

A company going out of its way to be as unhelpful as possible

As the company is unwilling to provide a list of those who have achieved the accreditation of StreetWorks and which is unhelpful if not unexpected I asked whether they provide the name and address details of successful trainees to their SWQR governing body Reply sorry but data protection rules are very strict so I can t share with you what kind of information we may have being the standard rubbish from someone misunderstanding GDPR and when pressed further replied appreciate that it is just general information you are after however this is something that we are declining to answer Is this sort of company and employee attitude indicative of the sort of company to which you would entrust your money and from which company you would be confident in the quality of their training

Extremely frustrating

I have had an extremely frustrating experience with XYZ Training Group due to their constant spamming I never signed up for their emails yet they flooded my inbox with relentless messages that just don t stop even after multiple attempts to unsubscribe It s unprofessional and feels like a desperate marketing tactic This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of respect for people s time and privacy I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before engaging with XYZ Training Group if this is how they handle their outreach In my opinion a company that disregards basic customer respect isn t worth considering

I wished I had read the reviews before I register Nicoleta Agheluta sent me address of the training center I went there and found nobody Took pictures and sent to her She responded that I need to pay again Infact they issue certificate without my participation

Unrealiable do not use A 3rd party taking bookings for courses by others book direct instead I registered and set up a profile on their online system and confirmed attendance Received email confirmation of course booking and details Arrived at the training venue only to be told that it had never existed on that date Having arranged child care for two days loss of earnings being self employed no explanation provided other than its an automated system failure Wish I had researched the company reviews prior to booking as I would have avoiding based upon the common theme of others experiences Awaiting refund
