Extremely disappointed - Lack of accountability and customer services
I am incredibly disappointed with the experience I ve had with Yellowbrick The lack of accountability and customer service I encountered has left me frustrated and disillusioned I recently faced an issue with a doorgelopen parkeeractie extended parking session due to a technical glitch in the Yellowbrick app Despite my efforts to conclude the transaction the app failed to provide me with the necessary controls When I reached out to Yellowbrick for assistance the response time was slow and the solutions provided were inadequate What baffles me even more is the fact that Yellowbrick insists on holding me accountable for a situation that was clearly a result of their app malfunctioning I have tried to engage in a reasonable discussion and find a fair resolution but it seems that Yellowbrick is not interested in taking responsibility for their own shortcomings Furthermore the lack of willingness to understand the customer s perspective and the unwillingness to consider the possibility of errors on their end is disappointing Their constant refusal to reimburse or rectify the situation is a clear indicator of their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction It s truly unfortunate that what started as a simple issue with a parking transaction has escalated to this point due to Yellowbrick s unwillingness to acknowledge their own faults In conclusion I strongly advise against using Yellowbrick s services if you value prompt and responsible customer support This experience has shown me that when things go wrong Yellowbrick is not willing to step up and make things right A company s true worth is measured by how they handle challenges and unfortunately Yellowbrick has fallen short in that regard I hope my review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering using Yellowbrick s services

Manipulative screen design
Yellowbrick applies a manipulative screen design in the process to end parking time showing the universally used green checkmark which indicates confirmation whereas yet another third confirmation is required to end the parking time It is unacceptably misleading In addition in compairison with any other app it is exceptionally slow to disconnect This is not a connection issue as suggested but manipulative process design

I tried to register on the app to park
I tried to register on the app to park in Amsterdam near Leidseplein quickly The app was buggy and didn t work tried several different payment methods and finally it did accept my CC even I wanted to do direct debit from ABN Amro bank This happened on beginning of the June or July Today two months later I receive a SMS from a collection agency that I need to pay 60 EUR Called the service center - I explained that I take responsibility for the missed payment if they will find the person who is responsible for the bug in the app that led to this fine 40 EUR As the lady explained - there was sent out emails to me with warnings to make the payment note that I tried to use the app once they had my address my phone number and they could send a push notification via phone to inform me that the payment was not collected If I would pay attention to all the emails that request some payment - I would be on scammers favorite list She said that they would not look into the issue that resulted in this situation and it is all my fault So welcome to the current day reality You can make an app that is filled with bugs and not functioning properly - do not take any responsibility for that and then go after your customer via a collecting agency and tell your customer that it is his her fault You will be notified about a case opening in the national or most likely European consumer protection agency soon I wish you never scam again your customers

Yellow-brick is making money by providing an app with lots of bugs and malfunctioning Strongly recommend not to use the app They will just telling you we collect tax on behalf of municipality and don t take any responsibility No professional communication
