Yellowbrick horrible company
Park Click Yellowbrick Easy and fast mobile parking throughout the Netherlands Until you canceled more than 2 years ago The direct debits keep coming in I email phone again 4x Yellowbrick says again your account has long been deleted there is no subscription or invoices Why am I still receiving direct debits I have already multiple We are sorry will never happen again This will never happen did happen again today received another direct debit This is not a serious or professional company Their promise is completely worthless

Cancelled subscription still getting charged and fined
I canceled my account and subscription months ago but am still getting sent invoices of about 0 80c I just got sent a final warning for not paying the invoices with a threat of a 40 fine and debt collectors I don t know why I need to pay for a service I am not using I have tried to call Yellowbrick with no answer emailed multiple times and sent messages via the online chat but have not had any reply other than the automated invoice reminders This company is a scam Do not use their services

Faulty App
After upgrading the app I had precisely the same experience I activated when I parked but was unable to stop it when I left I was thus charged for a full day s parking instead of 20 minutes When I complained to Yellowbrick they refused my request for re-imbursement saying it was my fault because I didn t stop the app Never again will I use them They ve lost more than they gained

Yellowbrick NO CS and sends out FAKE invoices
Yellowbrick does not react upon Customerservice mesages via app FB and or mail If you call them you have a waiting time of 55 minutes Yellowbrick does send out 2 invoices for 1 month Second invoice for the same montgh even 50 higher and if you do not pay within 3 days they block your account eventhough the Yellowbrick customerservice department does not react at all on all messages sent to them I m a user from day one but will now probably switch to a different parking provider app really bad service

They loose track of your payments
Because I had to block my visa card due to an internet fraude I wasn t able to pay my Yellow brick invoices automatically Nevertheless I directly transferred the amount I was due to them through my bank YelloBrick send me a mail assuring me that all was settled A few days later I received a mail from a bailiff saying that an invoice was left unpaid I gave them proof that I settled all payments and the bailiff agreed YelloBrick has a terrible finance department that doesn t know how to keep track on invoices They then decide to block your account and don t even send you a message with apologies for their own mistakes I do not recommend

Use cash not Yellowbrick
Do not use Yellowbrick Once again I ended up paying the maximum amount from start to end of day for the pleasure of parking for 45 minutes Only pay when you park is great advertising but not always true And you have no recourse They cannot help you and have wonderful excuses My advice Use cash

Ever since the update it is a mess I have an american licence plate on my invoice eventough i have never been to the US or owned a foreign car No reply to customer service but now they are threatening to send a dept collector my way because i refuse to pay

Bad customer service bad update of the app
Since the app update the process to end a transaction is not clear enough I thought i was finished and already made a screenshot for my administration Two days later i see a parking bill for 30 euros instead of 3 I called with customer service but they do not want to compensate the woman was very rude I asked her if i was the only person with this problem She did not want to awnser Dont go with YELLOWBRICK

Waste of time and money
I don t advise anyone interested in fashion styling to take this certificate yqllowbrick offers through FIT I can t speak for the other certificates programs offered except for the styling certificate They basically charge hundreds of dollars for short vague and boring advise from industry experts I can literally YouTube some of this crap People on YouTube make videos that are more thorough for their subscribers for free meanwhile you re paying a lot of money to listen to a 30 second clip about a stylist s experience she had styling a celebrity 30 years ago that you can care less about The videos aren t only short but clearly edited to be cut short You have to finish about 4 5 assignments in total after every module and unless you re enrolled in an actual school undergraduate program or graduated from a fashion college those assignments are useless No one will even bother looking at this without proper education from a credible college
