Worst shopping experience

Worst shopping experience I ordered a pair of sneakers in their online sale the package arrived containing the wrong colorway of the shoes I asked for a free return and was successfully able to return the shoes However the company then went ahead and sent me the right colorway without asking me The problem is that the shoes were way too big so the right colorway wouldn t change anything I then refused to receive the package so that I didn t have to deal with the trouble returning them After a couple of days and a lot of confusion from DHL I finally got a mail telling me that the shoes were successfully returned and that the refund was complete However I haven t received the money and the company won t reply to my emails This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a company I have paid 1100 dkk for absolutely nothing while still dealing with the hassle of returning the package and writing multiple emails Stay away from YME Universe

they put products up on their website that is not even in stock happened 3 times already and they just copy paste this bsAnders Hjertum YME Universe Hi Thank you for shopping at YME Universe We are unable to complete your order as we cannot find the last product that you ordered This is really frustrating for us as we really want to sell you the product We have searched both the physical store and our warehouse without any luck Unfortunately during our sales period or during limited edition sneaker releases this sometimes happen that the stock is running out of sync Again very sorry about this and we have refunded you in PayPal All the best AndersAnd then takes weeks and contests to receive the actual money back cause they never actually refound stay away

Watch out their online shop is not working properlyI purchased Adidas sneakers at YME online shop on 09 07 2021 I paid with a credit card and got the confirmation On 19 07 I visited the shop to collect the order but they couldn t find it It turned out that they were selling items that were not available Now I have to make a return The shop replied - sorry we ll fix our stock Poor service

Worst order processing shipping an online store can have They will let you pick preferred courier just to NOT religously follow it Very disappointing email support which replied with all sort of template and without even conducting investigation they can get rid off the ticket backlog along with the customers ourselves because the resolution is pure headache I strongly do NOT recommend this selfish store especially to international online shopper Want headache and stress buy here otherwise Shame on you YME and to your support

Received sneakers that were both dirty and damaged Despite sending photos and returning the order I received no response and was charged for the return shipping I do not recommend

I don t recommend it

I received a different size from what I ordered but there was no answer even when I contacted the customer center Even if I sent e-mails several times I couldn t return because there was no answer It s very disappointing and I don t want to recommend it

No customer support They don t care about you

I bought a pair of Hoka Tor Summit shoes from them and after only a few weeks the shoes started failing in some of the glued places I waited around half a year and then the glue started miscoloring the beige leather with a yellow color I reached out to YME and got no response both on email and Instagram On Instagram I ve reached out twice and both times they ve just seen the message but no response I would recommend not buying anything from them as you probably won t get any help from customer support if they even have any I see this isn t the first time they don t respond to their customers don t risk anything don t buy from them

Absolutely stay away from this company

Absolutely stay away from this company there trainers are fake I bought a pair of Nike tns and they came complete in box with a different serial number on the box to the shoe not only that but the shoes don t even line up at all safe advice stay away spend your money wisely

Poor costumer service in store

Poor costumer service in store I got a jacket for my birthday and I wanted to return and switch sizes because it was too small for me Their return policy is 14 days but i couldn t retur it in time because of covid lock downs I respect their policy because i work in retail myself but when i got there and asked if i could return it the retailer got mad and irritaded at me He started lecturing me about the policy and said that he couldn t take it in The only thing i did was ask but he whouldn t have it He could ve had a bad day but that confrontation made me not want to go back to that store
