Stay away from Youfone Choose another provider

Complete mess Powerless help desk totally disorganised and dishonest Stay away from this provider I ve been waiting four weeks to get the technician visit date After waiting the whole day they technician never showed while I get confirmed three times on the phone that he would come The next I called them to get a new appointment date Another month of waiting Hence I cancelled my subscription request to go to another provider And then the cherry on the cake Two months later I was charged 150 EUR for six weeks of internet usage 50 EUR and 100 EUR to close the line The line has never been open I never received any box and I never used their internet connection Unbelievable I m now trying to get my money back No answer So professional What a shame

Website and android app full of bugs

The website keeps using NL language despite me always selecting FR Even this survey is in NL SIM card activation was very painful process The payment page is in NL despite initially in FR Random error at the end no explanation Tried again error again 15 minutes later got an email saying the SIM was activated I think I paid the 10 twice due to this error but I will not even try to ask for a refund because every interaction is so painful Android app is broken the password does not work despite working ok on the web version it makes no sense

Unclear activation process

Activation process continues not to be clear You can t use the app You can t use firefox You get a big activate button and you think it is active but no The activate button only brings you to another page where you have to find the other activate button But if you have 2 SIMs and one is already active you have to search the right one Cumbersome Then they say it takes 1h but it took more than 1d This on top of the fact that you are charged 0 5 EUR to block going over the data plan limit This is probably even illegal if I have a limit after the limit it should stop That is the definition of a limit Not We are going to use the data plan limit to get more money from you if you make a mistake

horrible network

At the beginning the network worked fine but then in September they changed something on the networks and it is a nightmare i can only use the waze offline in the supermarket i can not check my online bank or any app that scans the quality of products horrible

I didn t receive the sim card on time And It leaded to many problems and bother You should give the sim card to customers on time and then you can inform customers You are not supposed to inform customers before arriving of the sima cards

Disabled my current SIM card before I got the new one

Activated my new SIM card before I even received it which disabled the one I still had and left me unable to call or send text messages for days Common sense would have been to at least wait for a confirmation that I had the new card instead of acting carelessly and leaving me unable to use my phone That s a straight 0 10
