I am a new client of Youfone in Belgium and I found that a lot of days in the morning hours I won t receive any calls or SMS - till I will make an outgoing call or send a sms then suddenly I get all the messages that were sent to me in the previous hours in the day Very annoying I ve contacted them already and it is still not solved

Very disappointing customer service There was an issue with my contract and the customer service was unable to help me They just never got back to me The support email was also not helpful Their website is very broken and doesn t work well For example the FAQ is simply not functioning It s important to understand that Youfone has a lot of hidden fees For example calls to other EU countries will cost you and they require a deposit of 10 at the beginning of the contract They don t clearly label the deposit payment as such I think I should have gone with another provider that has better customer support - it could have saved me valuable hours of my life
