Pros - Good replies by Email - Excellent customer service - Competent and helpful customer service - Good MVNO on Proximus - Competative rates and mobile phone packages - Easy to port into YouFone It took a couple of hours whilst the process completed which is fine - My work VPN for Orange stopped working months ago but it started to work again as soon as I changed to YouFone I am very pleased I can work remotely again Cons - YouPhone be app is not available on the UK Apple App Store The message is Not available in your region And the app is probably not yet available in English - my youfone be Is not yet available in English yet
