This review is specifically about Hannah who works for Yonda and not about Yonda I had issues redeeming a voucher I had purchased via Yonda After being passed from person to person trying to resolve the issue I was connected with Hannah She was an absolute breath of fresh air who communicated honestly clearly with empathy and who genuinely cared about a positive customer experience While she was unable to resolve the issues I had redeeming a voucher due to matters out of her control she helped me to come up with an outcome that I was happy with even though I was unable to book the holiday I wanted The quality of the customer service I had from Hannah is hard to come by and she is incredible at what she does Thank you Hannah

I recently booked accomodation with Hannah after being told by several booking agencies that the hotel was booked out Hannah was able to find me a room with Yonda s resources and was booked and confirmed in minutes I will definitely be using Hannah and Yonda for any future bookings
