As I often do I take this opportunity to again heap praise on the terrific support provided by the team at YoraHome It is near impossible to single out any individual although there are a couple names that rise constantly to address the challenges I lay in their ever-willing-to-help hands Just a terrific bunch of people who really know and practice the art of customer service

I would like to say a few words about the support I have received from the Yorahome Support Staff When I ordered my Mandrill 3036 last June I had absolutely no experience with any type of CNC In retirement I have a workshop where I make US Flags Cutting Boards etc I have had a few problems recently having to do with software hardware software settings etc The support I have received from the Yorahome support staff has been impeccable Every question or situation I have encountered has been answered in 24 hours or less Nick Jim Jeremy and everyone else have been totally helpful and always responded in a timely manner Keep up the great work Your support is always at the 5 STAR Level Thanks

I have had some problems and I will be the first to say that most of them were caused by my lack of knowledge Having said that I have never received better support than I have received from your staff especially Nick Gaston He has been very helpful and continues to be as helpful as possible
