Poorest shipping times ever I put an order 1 month in advance for a Mother s Day gift 3 weeks later and it s still processing in warehouse Package won t be here in time Will NEVER purchase from them again They always take so long to ship Poor customer service No one seems to know what s going on Just mail the damn package I purchased a diffuser bundle Everything was already supposed to be prepackaged and ready to ship Not sure how it s taking this long Be aware You need to order 2 months in advance Feels like it s shipping from China with this pathetic ship time

customer service and website is very
customer service and website is very very poor I placed an order the funds were deducted from my card on the website it says payment pending 10 days later I do have a confirmation of the payment from the bank which was sent to YL support No solution so far I think 10 days should be enough time to resolve it Very dissatisfied at such price point for the products they should really reconsider their customer service as well as the website functionality very poor Not sure if I will get my money back or the order I paid for

Horrible
So far not impressed I bought the initial kit and it hasn t arrived It s been 3 times the expected time and Young Living keeps throwing excuses like it s the current delays in your country when the tracking clearly states that the parcel was never scanned in my country even though all my oyher parcels are here on time It s missing and Young Living is not owning up to it Customer service is terrible since they re telling me the customer to contact the courier myself and then to contact them back with an update expecting me to pay for international calls I ll be pushing for a replacemement or for a refund and I will not tolerate any excuses Just very bad

It Seems a Fraudulent Company
They have setup the website in a way that end user confuses at every stage and end up in either paying more unintentionally or have to call customer service for resolution The website is misleading and seems fraudulent where limited access is allowed to sort out the issue I was overwhelmed by their strong social media campaign and therefore trapped in their products Customer service is HORRIBLE and therefore I strongly doubt on the products are as well If such a big brand claims big wins on social media then how could they forgot to improve their customer service followed by user experience on their website

SCAMMER ALERT This site automatically billed me and sent me 282 77 worth of junk that I never ordered I had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with customer service in order for them to send me a return label Now I am inconvenienced by having to return all of this junk hopefully they will refund me Customer service even told me that it would be easier if I provided my SOCIAL SECURITY NO What a shady business Stay away

So dissatisfied with with young living website and service
The customer service lady was very nice I wish her English was a little bit better When I told the lady about the website issues I was having the lady said oh that s nice Again If you re going to have English-speaking clients please have the customer service speak speak English Also The young living website is horrible I can barely get on it Ispent over 2 hours to resolve the issue I am so dissatisfied with the website The products that I bought yesterday were deleted The website said that My credit card did not work which is lie Turns out it was the exact same account number and expiration date Whoever the upper management is please get your act together otherwise I m leaving young living

Amazingly complicated system to purchase then get rewards points then points dont equal dollars and you can only buy certain parts of the range I failed to meet a buying deadline and my discount that took a year of buying was deleted I tried to review and it seemed that they took great joy of reminding my of their Terms and Conditions A very expensive company with one good product Stay away

Overpriced
Firstly I m surprised how overpriced the products are just to pay the commission to other people You can find same quality products for fraction of the price Secondly Black Friday sale were a joke Huge promotions days before and when you went to order the website was down I won t be using YL any more and the customer service is not helpful at all
