I bought the Space Savers 16 special back in July for a good price I did however have a couple of difficulties with them When I called them they told me that the warranty had run out which was thirty days after purchase Even though my warranty had run out they were willing to honor my claim They were very friendly and help ful Karen H 9 23 2013
