First set of Tac lights I ordered were out of stock but they didn t tell me After waiting over 2 weeks for them to show up I checked on their website to discover shipment delayed 3 weeks later my order arrived Then I Ordered a solar version of the TAC Lights and one of these cheap chinese products failed to work The customer service exchange was equivalent to communicating with a stoned neanderthal who wanted to send out a black not copper colored version of the light because they were running low on the popular copper colors Sorry pass i didn t order black i wanted copper They were nice enough to duplicate the order of two units BUT they arrived black I didn t order black I wanted Copper colored to distinguish the difference between battery operated vs the Solar versions I sent a scathing email complaint via their website detailing my exceptionally poor cust serv experience No one responded Totally blown off Will NEVER buy their cheap chinese crap nor contend with their multi-fail Customer service dept again Customer go bye-bye

Clean up your act folks Be perfectly clear in the price of shipping BEFORE the order is completed Let the potential customer review before final approval of payment I ordered 2 cpap type chin straps for sleep apnea The shipping said 4 95 At the end after final payment with no review i was charged 4 95 twice shipping i at the same time same order If this doesnt get fixed which i see it wont i will never order from here again Now for Google reviews for which i have 19 000 views on Not huge but treat peiple fair and we will reciprocate Ok

I don t know what the quality of the items are because I haven t received them so I m giving the 2 stars simply on the hope that I actually get the items But they have a deceptive practice of NOT revealing the shipping and handling cost before you confirm your purchase I paid 4 99 for Rush Delivery before I was notified that the S H charge was already 14 75 I could not find any information regarding the S H charges on the website prior to confirming my purchase BEWARE

i have had trouble with delivery ordered in march called in april back ordered calledmay 1st said was being sent called today said was in warehouse being shipped but no date as to when would arrive tried to contact on computer said my password was wrong called customer service said to use my email as password did not work had payed in advance as soon as i get this order will never shop there again

I wanted to buy two of the gel foam cushions I really like them But when I ordered them I was told it was 17 95 total and no shipping fee but when I went to order it I was charged 24 95 for 1 so I didn t order two Too expensive

They are ok The order process was easy deliver ok and the quality is ok they don t work great can only see them when very close and the don t magnify the letters that great but better with them then without them

I just made an order so I can t speak to the quality of the product but I can tell you that I found their shipping practices quite deceptive They have the ground shipping option pre-selected If you don t click the drop down box you wouldn t know that that option has a cost associated with it You don t know how much your total is until they already process your credit card

I received the two Car Sun Visor Extension Car Anti Glare Driving HD Visor Universal Day and Night Vision Anti-Glare Windshield Extender I ordered One works very well the other broke within a week after receipt It was the clip that broke making the visor unusable
