The software is in trial and there is no sync at all
We found YourWelcome on HOST 2019 event in November 2019 The subscription was bought for two accounts M M and PickThePlace for two services tablets itself and advanced check in process and we started the onboarding process The idea was to automate the check in process and have a tablet in each property which will promote our brand and automate order of taxi and cleaning services as well as provide guidance how tv oven washing machine etc works Everything was fine until the moment we had to connect Your Welcome YW to our channel manager Rentals United RU YW staff promised us full synchronisation Unfortunately there is no written proof that they have full sync with RU only verbal advertisement However they advertise the RU logo in their brochure page Remote Guest Management But it was never working as it should be YW used an API connection which was half working half not The properties were uploaded twice with wrong names some properties were already removed from our portfolio yet still were showing on our YW account One M M property is shown on a PTP account Overall quite a mess for us to find what and where to connect We managed to connect the properties between YW and RU Next problem was that half of the flats did not sync For some reasons even YW does not know why half reservations for some of the flats were not shown All that we had to figure out on a daily basis by checking what reservations are coming through For a very long time this issue was not solved Our YW account manager Rikesh was supportive in terms of answering our email but none real help was received We could not even place tablets to the flats because we did not know how many of them were working YW kept saying to ask RU for help while RU were simply saying they don t work with YW and it is not their problem It took us more than a year to push them to deal with RU Right now they signed the contract to work together however it is quite late and we do not want this service anymore All together YW service is a very raw program It seems that we were taking part in a trial of this app So many issues and errors which every time we need to report and we were answered that their IT will look into it

Company with no ethics or values
We signed up at a trade show 12 months ago as they had an aggressive sales person who to be fair did a good sales job Everything there after was a disaster 12 months and we didn t get a single tablet to operate On time of renewal it was a no brainier that since we have not used them for 12 months despite numerous requests we would not renew they asked for the tablets back We told them it s in the same packaging as sent have it collected Their Finance Director Will started to become obnoxious and rude even threatening us Telling us they have 1 000 clients and no complaints You would have thought their priority would be understand why we never used it despite paying for it upfront not a single mail or call to figure this out Give your money to charity instead

Fake reviews
From my experience I think the many 5 star reviews are fake There is no onboarding process customer service ignores messages the functionalty of the tablet is not complete upselling doesn t work Parts of their website fail the tablet came prefilled with local data for a town over 100 miles from the location

I worked for this company as a contractor developer for 15 days and was only paid for 7 days The work ethics was horrible They cut my pay and didn t care that I made a timelog and proved all the work I did for them No amount of explanations and proof could change their mind I have never experienced such before and hope never to waste my time working for such a company that treats their workers like unpaid slaves

Save your money no ethics bad attitude
I don t really understand how in the modern world there are companies like YourWelcome with no ethics and such a bad attitude we can see it all in the reviews here and in facebook pitty I didn t see it before We ordered and paid 1year of subscription but shortly after covid-19 came in and we ended up never using the service At renewal we said we wanted to still use it but only makes sense when we can resume the short rental activity which seems is not to be acceptable by YourWelcome Either we pay the anual fee for a service we will not use or then request cancelation pay due amounts and return tablets at our expense or pay 65 each

Don t ever use the company u really don t need it for SAs
Don t ever use the company poor customer service that you have to chase and emails are replied almost a week after The products are tables that comes with a promising service support as soon as the sale agreed do not expect any contact from the company unless you chase them Most importantly when cancelled the contract and returned the tablet the tablet that had never been used or even opened no refund provided even partial one There are a lot of excuses and reasons given what you could have done read the contract carefully before you signing anything with them Specifically cancellation policy

Very unhappy with the pricing policy
Very unhappy with the pricing policy The marketing executive very confidently told us that don t worry about missing or damaged tablets as we are covered by insurance - this is all wrong as the company has lot of small prints to make money out of damaged and stolen missed tablets The cancellation policy is very dodgy too- created a lot of trouble during difficult times of COVID-19 Very unhappy Also the tables are completely useless and fragile No use for us from past 3 years

The tablets do not work as advertised
The tablets do not work as advertised They break constantly and require a 10-15 minute reset on a consistent basis the reset process requires holding down the buttons the entire time if you let go you will need to start over They became such a burden for our company that we started pulling them out of the apartments We also waited weeks and even months for responses from support We were promised features that either didn t work or were never developed Don t make the same mistake we made avoid this company

Waste of time and money
YourWelcome tablets are constantly checking for software updates and then not updating This bug means they are completely useless The technical support from the company includes very basic ideas like restarting try a different network etc We have wasted so much time setting them up and helping guests try and use them It is quite clear that the tablets do not work and we are now stuck in a contract for 12 months which they won t back down from Really disappointed with this company
