Something went wrong with my confirmation email and it didnt arrive my own fault so I sent an email to support and GAHH DAMN they responded within minutes Sure it was an easy fix but even simple things like this can take so long with other companies very cool Cant wait for my order I m gonna make the vinyls kiss

I absolutely love this place I purchased Appa slippers in the wrong size emailed them the situation with the corrected size I needed they were extremely kind and quick to help They got back to me so fast and had fixed the order for me before the order had even shipped I m so grateful for their help

I made a purchase a few months ago however it seems like it was lost in transit Fortunately Youtooz was able to offer me an exchange completely free despite this occurring almost half a year ago They have great customer service I will make sure to check out more of their stuff in the future and I hope you guys do as well

Talking to customer service is as easy as 123 they are so patient and helpful and do everything in their power to try and solve your problem They helped me find a package recently and we got accurate info and thankfully it s not missing The products themselves are high quality and character accurate The packaging for the figure is just as great and make amazing and beautiful display pieces Overall Youtooz is an amazing brand and amazing people 110 would recommend Angel

I am thrilled with the shop I m a huge fnaf fan and this selection of characters is incredible Each figure is individually designed with different poses Each figure was made with a lot of love and a lot of work and it shows very clearly The quality of the figures is incredibly good and shipping is also very fast I only had to wait a week and then had my order with me The service is super friendly and responds quickly with helpful answers The protection during delivery is also excellent Other shops could follow this example Overall I am thrilled with youtooz and can only recommend the shop
