This is probably the 5th time I ve ordered from Zaxbys on Keith Bridge in Cumming Ga Every Single Time I have to go in and have them redo my order It s absolutely ridiculous nothing but a bunch of rude teenagers that could care less if the food is correct I had them this time redo my order and they STILL got it wrong I m beyond irritated Zaxbys management needs to get a grip on their store absolutely horrible just once I d like to actually get what I friggin order How is that so difficult

Never good

Not sure about the restaurants in your town but every Zaxbys several suck The food is horrible it has obviously been sitting under the lights for hours and the wait staff is almost always rude I have given them many chances but it is always the same YUCK

Will not be back to any Zaxbys again They changed grilled chicken sandwich from honey mustard to mayo Tastes terrible Went back a month later and requested honey mustard instead of mayo and they still put mayo on sandwich and charged extra for the honey mustard Also ordered chicken fingers with sweet spicy sauce and they charged extra for that too We are done with Zaxbys Must of had some idiot take over management decisions during the pandemic scare And as others have said in thier reviews the fries are mush We quit ordering them long ago they just keep screwing up

HSV Al Parkway and University

I visted the Huntsville Al store located on N Parkway near University Drive What I ordered Two four-finger plates one buffaloed one unswet tea and one coke zero no ice What I gave you 18 29 What you gave me One chicken finger plate cold fingers and the fries were stiff they were so old One chef salad one unsweet tea and a Dr Pepper no ice Thanks for a terrible dining experience

I visited the Fort Mill Zaxbys on 1-15-2021 After waiting in the drive thru 15 mins to order got my grilled chicken sandwich The chicken was cold and under cooked bun was cold and the fries were not cooked properly The girl at the window was rude which is understandable she had no help This location needs help especially in the kitchen before someone gets sick from undercooked food

I waited in line for 25 minutes in line and the last 15 minutes the drive thru person ignored taking orders Then cleared out the whole line at 7 01stating they were closed I am empathetic to being short staffed and I spoke to the manager and she was upset and kind But there was no resolution and a half hour of my time was wasted Whoever was taking orders really should have consequences that was intentional and unprofessional Now I m in line at a competitors drive through and still not home from work I know there is an obvious internal issue with the staff because the manager said this is a consistent on going issue and that this isn t the first time this happened

Boycott Zaxby s

It s too bad a restaurant doesn t get fined for poor quality and horrific customer service I didn t know Zaxby s started serving nuggets instead of tenders Is burnt toast a new menu item Since when was a customer greeted with Yeah you got a problem from the manager Too bad there isn t a courtesy inspector like a health inspector

Where s the ketchup napkins

Ever since the covid-19 pandemic Zaxby s has been using that excuse to raise their prices on average 40 and they STILL don t have a ketchup dispenser or napkins in the lobby You have to ask one of the geeks their and they give you only 4 ketchup and 4 napkins Is that being cheap or what The chicken has lost some of its taste as well Probably buying some cheap imported chickens ha Probably be another year before I think about going back Pathetic place

Incorrectly made food

The worker kept asking me to repeat my order several times they were having a conversation with someone else while trying to take my order My order was wrong I went inside and asked them to remake it I ordered my chicken sandwich with cheese pickles and mayo on the side no ketchup no ranch for my cheese bites amd fries were given either All of it was incorrect The manager came over and I told her I wanted it redone it was incorrect she just handed it to the cook and said put cheese and pickles on this This is the 3rd time they ve incorrectly made my order
