The quality of the actual piece compared to the art you receive is very different The pictures look great online but they are very distorted when you receive them I requested to make a return but they told me I would have to pay for the shipping which is 300 Poor quality and a poor return policy

Seemingly dishonest
Way over-priced They bait and switch you with pictures of painting that are huge over sofas in illustrations but in reality the paintings you get aren t that size It s all very murky They are located in Bulgaria so forget about returning anything from the US cause it s expensive like hell I d stay away from these clowns

Terrible terrible terrible I didn t think to look at reviews first I never received my 300 print It s lost in the postal service somewhere and the company refuses to help me So does the USPS If you have ANY issues with your order or shipment the customer service is horrendous rude and blatantly will not help It isn t worth the risk

Beware I ordered a Canvas Le Louvre a month ago The canvas is beautiful unfortunately the packaging was poorly done and very light The frame arrived Brocken and the canvas is damaged on 2 different areas I sent multiple emails to Zellart including pictures the day I received the frame They haven t responded to my emails for Week

not only are they dishonest - the product they send is junk the edges of the canvas is not white - but another print is showing around the back edge no quality control

Avoid Zellart Canvas Prints No Customer Service No RefundI ordered Lichtenstein Roy 3287 Ready to Hang Canvas Print from Zellart Canvas Prints I was very excited The package arrived on January 3 2025 but I wasn t home Unfortunately I didn t find the USPS notice until a couple of weeks later and it appears USPS returned the package to the sender Since then I ve reached out multiple times replying to my order confirmation email and using their website contact form but Zellart has not responded at all I paid for this product but they have been completely unhelpful in resolving the issue A company that ignores paying customers is not trustworthy If you re considering ordering from Zellart think twice you may not receive your product or get any support if something goes wrong

Horrible service
I was really excited to receive my canvas but what I got was not what I ordered The image was printed with inverted colors which completely ruined the look it was never supposed to be that way On top of that the quality of the print was terrible I ve emailed several times to get this Refunded and haven t received a single response Extremely disappointed with both the product and the lack of customer service
