Excellent ordering delivery

I ve now had my private lease vehicle for a few days and so far the experience with Zen has been excellent The ordering process was exceptionally easy via the website with staff offering help and info when requested over both email and telephone The delivery estimate 8-12 weeks was spot on my initial query was at the end of May the vehicle was delivered 10 weeks later I cant comment on more long term interactions but from initial enquiries through to delivery Zen have excelled

The website is easy to navigate and experience was seamless I ve completed the whole process on a phone on a day with easy and straightforward steps I have called customer service line couple of times and adviser was great and very informative I am new to leasing and he took time to explain things to me Overall very great experience Thank you

Great service - but don t forget the call-back

Once I managed to speak to a member of the right team to action my early termination request the service was first class Connor took ownership of the inquiry and did an excellent job when I had to change the collection date for the vehicle My only criticism is that I didn t receive the call-back I was promised and had to chase them up to get things moving

So George is a customer services agent I was always fortunate to speak to To put you in the picture I have been waiting on my car being delivered for a while now over 4 months and still counting Now this I am certain is outwith Zen s control and more the manufacturer so I have no criticisms of Zen Auto The delay has made it necessary of course for me to chase up Zen for updates understanding as to the status of the car and I really have to say George was outstanding in his communications with me He really goes the extra mile to ensure all your queries or concerns are addressed and that you feel valued A very pleasant diligent empathetic and professional advisor Highly recommend him Thank you George
