Jim Dean was fantastic He sorted out my car lease with great efficiency and provided excellent customer service He was friendly helpful and made the whole process easy

Excellent service from start to finish We searched a few lease companies and the deal for a Vauxhall Corsa Ultimate was a great price and a seamless process Thanks to Stephen Turner for looking after my mum and putting her at ease she was nervous about the process 5

Getting a new car

We were quite anxious about ordering a lease car on line but Stephen Turner who dealt with us was so helpful he turned everything into a positive experience He let us know that he was always available if we had any concerns and he came good on that promise When the time comes to get our next car we would definitely hope to deal with him again

I dealt with Nichola Wilby who was absolutely superb at responding to all my questions and keeping me up-to-date with everything I d never leased a car before so this was new territory and she explained everything clearly

After having done research myself on the type of car I would like and looking at the pros and cons of leasing a car after being a car owner I found the process to be very straightforward and was kept informed throughout the process via a link I could follow and emails at various stages The car arrived quickly and in perfect condition I m extremely happy with my purchase and love having a brand new car

I needed a car fairly quickly to allow me to sell my existing car before it s MOT ran out I spoke to Nicola Wilbur at lease car who was very helpful and promptly got me a car for early December Everything had gone smoothly and any queries I had were dealt with promptly I now have my car it it s looks and drives really well Just have to get used to having an automatic after driving a manual vehicle for many years
