Absolute TRASH company

Absolute TRASH company Ordered a Kylo Ren shirt never got my shirt called customer service to explain that I never got my shirt customer service says they will refund my money explain to customer service that I don t want to refund that I ve spent hundreds of dollars on every other one of their Star Wars shirts Including buying subscriptions to their bs after life program to be able to custom make shirts that they have discontinued what that means is that a 25 shirt now cost 40 bucks had to do that multiple times after being told that they discontinued items and they would not be making them anymore Only to turn around and offer them in the afterlife subscription double the price so to complete my collection I jump through hoops and paid their exorbitant prices Do they give a crap that I have an incomplete collection absolutely not do they give a fu that I ve ordered hundreds of dollars worth of stuff from them and then I didn t receive my order and then I have not yet received a refund nope they didn t give two fuc Sh ass company Run by scumbags masquerading under the guise of being veterans My advice is to steer way clear I m now out 40 bucks and have a closet full of shirts that I refuse to wear because I won t support scumbag companies Nothing but a waste of time and money to purchase rags that I could ve bought at Home Depot for a 10th of a price ZERO FOXTROT

I been ordered few times already unfortunately this time I placed an order for two shirts one of them they send me the wrong item apparently they send you what they have at that moment and NOT what the customer wants not very pleasant way to do business with them

Terrible I ordered 4 camo shorts What arrived was nothing like was offered on their webpage Colors were mismatched Pockets were longer than legs Long story short I wouldn t take it even if it was for free

Ordered a shirt for Christmas for my husband and it was ripped big hole under sleeve I payed good money for this shirt I had to fix it myself poor merchandise they dont check products before selling them obvious they dont make them they probably have them made at some cheap shop

Ordered a shirt before Father s Day still have not received it It was coming from Austin which is close by and it s now in a different state I m very disappointed

Order months before you need it

Ordered for my boyfriend for Christmas on December 18th it s now January 22nd Shipped from Texas and says it s still in Texas Spent over 100 in product Wasn t able to use the discount code because of my location Just over all disappointments from this company because the items they sell seem to be very nice

Avoid this company at all costs You pay for items expecting to receive them and after 3 weeks still no shirts I did get an email that contradicts what their website says So they re not only unethical in their business practices but liars I ll be contacting the BBB to file a formal complaint tomorrow if my card is not credited They also don t know how to count when it comes to their inventory and what they have on-hand
