I have been with zest for years I have never booked a repair ever until today this morning they said they couldn t help me but someone will call me back asap 7 hours I ve been waiting I ve called them a few times and got told they would call me back I ve done it all online also and still no calls from them They ve had thousands from me what have I given them all that money They call or contact you if the DD doesn t go through but to book a repair nothing call them 24 7 they promise same day call out I can t even get a phone call I m disgusted I really just want all the money I ve paid them back I ll be able to buy everything new myself not good not happy fobbing me off all day it s not right it s not fair to a loyal paying customer
