Terrible Somebody used my old phone number to get into my account and used my cc on file to make a purchase I don t even have that number Yall souls have better security than that At least make people put in the security code if you give people with the same phone number access to cc on file

This site is fraud and is allowing people to fraudulent use other people information to buy items Then the assistance is horrible because you can only communicate by email and they only email once a day This service is horrible do not put your information on this site

If I could give 0 I would I have a new number that appears to be registered to another person I ve gone through change after change I sent them my phone bill with holding my wife and kids numbers They still saying not enough Clearly shows name with phone number and address GARCIA KING waisted my time and wasn t trying to help at all

Had to return an item due to merchant mistake Although I was approved the first time I purchased when I turned right around to try and repurchase the order I was denied approval which made zero sense

After a refund my purchase power decreased and when I emailed about it there was no clear answer Used my sezzle account instead with no problems

Made a purchase with zip on sideline swap Money was taken from my account but the order never processed Had no confirmation of the purchase or anything Talked with seller on sideline swap and they had no order received on their end Two days later money is back in my account Don t know what happened but will not be attempting to use ZIP in the future

Do not use ZIP no consumer protection

Do not use ZIP You have ZERO consumer protection if the merchant doesn t deliver your product or Is a scam site and ZIP customer support will not help told me to continue paying or be sent to collections

I purchased a gift card on Saturday didn t received it now Monday apparently they sent me a link for it and gift card is invalid I will not use zip again I ll stay with after pay n klarna that I been using for years and never had no issues

Didn t receive my gift cards I ordered

I ordered DoorDash gift cards and never received them Reached out to customer service and they told me multiple times to check my spam folders but they weren t there I haven t heard back from them about a solution
