Don t expect any responses

I have chatted several times with promises to check into my account but this is still not resolved They were supposed to get back with me within 72 hours and now it has been a week and a half with no reply or response I even got back in touch with customer service 3 times after the first time with no response still Would not recommend

Spending Power

I have been an avid zip user and have always paid on time My debit card was stolen before I could make a payment and when I tried to make payment with my partners card I wasn t allowed by zip to do so Instead my spending power was brought down to 50 and even though it s been half a year since and I have continued using the 50 spending power to try to increase it it doesn t change Really disappointing

My order was canceled through the merchant stating it could not verify my information through Zip but the payment was taken It states it takes 13 days before the next payment is due Zip will catch it and cancel future payments but I haven t heard anything back and the day is approaching More communication would be ideal especially if the next payment due is within a day or two

I wish there was an easy way you could check your balance and see what you owe and when it s due

Placed an order and 5 minutes later I cancelled it and they still took money from my account and I have not received my refund yet Very disappointed

It would be nice if they automatically supported payments once a return has started They re the only app that takes installments that I ve used where payments continue even though I clearly started a return

The zip card never works

The zip card never works and I end up having to pay the entire balance every time It s not useful I rather use Klarna or afterpay

I understand you guys have to make

I love the concept but I have some other pay in four apps that don t charge or after so long don t charge the first payment right away I feel after so many successful transactions there should be options to split into more payments or not have an initial payment
