This is the worst and SCAM sportsbetting casino Stay Away and never trust them I was offered a bonus Wback100 bonus and I started used it by depositing 100Euro with 100 bonus At the end of that period my account has reached to an amount of Eur 635 which means I won Eur 500 due to max winnings The end of period was with a bet of NHL which is not counted according to the rules However it was counted and my wager has been completed I have tried to ask them but after 8-9 times I could just get a reply that it is my responsibility to follow it After that I have requested a withdraw and later I saw a message that my withdraw is rejected and all the winnings were redeemed because of bonus manipulation Therefore I have contacted customer service and got a feedback that below rule is not followed Making large bets leading to a substantial gain followed by a drop in bet size equl to or greater than 75 of the previous average bet size in order to complete the wagering requirements for that bonus When we read the rule it is obvious that the final bets to complete the wagering can not be a very small amount - which is defined with percentage I have bet on a live volleybol event for 4 EUR bet stake and they have mentioned that I have not followed the rules because I always bet around 50 -100 Euro It is right that the bet is more than 75 lower than the average of my previous bets However the bet is done in the beginning of the bonus wagering This is the 16th bet of my total 50 bets during that wagering period and it was obvious that this is not done to complete the wagering It is clear that they are bad willing and are creating reasons not to pay the winnings I have contacted them many times for this issue but I am blocked from live chat help and they don t even respond my e-mails So I suggest you to stay away from them They are not a trustworthy casino
