Returned my order two months ago – still no refund
I returned my order two months ago, and the parcel was delivered with a tracking number and signature confirmation. Despite this, I still have not received my refund.
The products were very disappointing and, in my experience, the quality was poor. I strongly recommend not buying from this company.
Even after returning the items, you do not get your money back. Instead, you keep receiving polite emails saying things like “we are looking into it” and “we will investigate the matter”, but nothing actually happens.
Also, do not be fooled by the high ratings. In my opinion, many of the positive reviews look suspicious and may have been posted by people connected to the company, such as friends or acquaintances. I recommend reading the 1-star reviews and looking at customers’ actual experiences before making a purchase.
