My challenge failed and support went silent
I paid for their challenge passing service after seeing the polished success-rate claims, handing over credentials for a two-step evaluation. Weeks in, I checked directly with the prop firm and discovered the account had breached maximum drawdown, apparently from trades taken without proper stop losses. Nobody notified me. After that, messages went unanswered and community access was removed rather than the promised free retry being honoured. Some reviewers report genuine passes here, but the volume of identical failure-and-silence stories, mine now included, is impossible to ignore. Also be aware most prop firms prohibit third parties trading your account, so even success can end badly.
