Worst Shopping Experience and Misleading Guarantee
This is the worst company I have ever purchased from, and they deserve less than one star. The jeans I received had a broken zipper. Instead of offering a proper resolution, they tried to compensate me with $8, then $12, and eventually $20, even though I paid $40 plus tax. On top of that, they initially charged the wrong sales tax, which I had to point out so it could be corrected.
Although they advertise a 100 percent guarantee, they fail to clearly state that returns must be sent back to China. This is extremely misleading. The entire experience feels fraudulent, and I am shocked that platforms like PayPal allow this to continue without accountability.
