My BTC has been stuck for weeks
I moved some BTC from Bitglobal and the withdrawal has stayed pending for almost three weeks. The app and prices worked fine, so I trusted it at first. I have sent my wallet address and receipt several times in the chat. Support keeps saying the payment team is checking it, but nobody has given me a proper answer.
