Appalling company. I regret not reading the reviews before ordering. I selected one item, but the checkout process was misleading and resulted in two being purchased. I tried to cancel immediately, yet the company ignored every message. After three emails, I finally mentioned contacting the BBC—only then did they respond.

The toy that arrived is made of cheap, brittle plastic and relies far too much on batteries. Based on my experience, I suspect the rest of their products are similarly poor quality. This site should be avoided.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This site is just another scam. It gets people to buy coins to chat, and after a few messages you realize the whole thing feels fake and designed to make you spend more money.

When I asked the person I was chatting with to message me once on a free, public social platform just to confirm they were real they completely ignored the request and kept sending the same scripted messages. That was a major red flag.

Fair warning: don’t waste your money on this site. It’s unreliable and feels intentionally misleading.
