They were very forceful before we paid and showed amazing profiles. Once we paid, they started sharing very average profiles. None of which, not a single one, materialized into the next step. Some of those profiles seemed fake; many of the photographs were modified by AI. This was brought to their attention, for which they apologized.
The agreement was that they would share 2 profiles every week. That rarely happened.
It was supposed to be a one-time payment, but after 8-10 weeks they started pestering for more money. All this even though we had not been able to contact a single one of the families that we short-listed.
And obviously, they are ghosting me after I refused to pay any more money to them.
IT'S A SIMPLE SCAM; TAKE A 'LITTLE' MONEY FROM A LOT OF PEOPLE, AND YOU BECOME A MILLIONAIRE.
Also, I must warn that most of the positive reviews are fake as well.
Look at the obvious facts: there are just two types of reviews: the fake ones give 5 stars and the genuine reviews all give 1 star. No in-between reviews :)

The same WhatsApp number is shared between many of the agents working there.
Living in a different country makes it challenging to verify the authenticity of such fake agencies. I would just warn people to stay away from them...

Someone living in the US should call them out to the US authorities...
