I Would Give Zero Stars If I Could
I would give zero stars if possible. I made a reservation at a Red Roof Inn and was almost immediately notified that the property rejected the booking, claiming no rooms were available at that rate. The Red Roof Inn had no knowledge of this, and the location appeared nearly empty, indicating vacancies.
When I contacted customer service, I was treated with rudeness and disdain. The representative focused on policy and procedure, implying that Brek was not responsible for the failed booking. I am still waiting on my refund.
Do not use this service it is unreliable at best and potentially fraudulent at worst.
