Sourced LED components through this trading company for a small electronics project run. Sample units they sent first were excellent, honestly better than expected, which earned them the bulk order. The production batch told a different story: colour temperature varied noticeably between cartons and roughly five percent of units were dead on arrival. Communication required chasing, responses arriving late in my timezone or not at all until repeated. They did eventually replace the failed units but only after weeks of pressure. Inspect everything thoroughly before paying balances.
