Yogastart decent starting point
Yogastart is a decent starting point if you're completely new to yoga. The introductory videos are clear and the pace is gentle, which I really appreciated. However, I found the content a bit limited after the first few weeks. The website feels a little basic and I wish there were more classes focused on specific goals, like building strength or improving flexibility. It's a good foundation, but you'll likely outgrow it quickly if you're serious about continuing your practice.
