Overall okay some hiccups needed
**Overall, okay, but some hiccups.**
I needed a specific power adapter for a project and Vortoutlet had it in stock at a decent price, which was great. Shipping was pretty quick, too. The item itself works as described.
However, the packaging was very minimaljust a thin poly mailerand the product box arrived pretty crushed. For something electronic, Id expect a bit more protection. Also, the website felt a little clunky to navigate when I was trying to find compatible accessories.
It served its purpose for a one-time buy, but the experience didnt wow me or make me feel like a returning customer. You get what you pay for, I guess.
