Socialdm is... fine. It does what it says on the tin, helping you find and manage DMs from potential leads. The interface is straightforward and I didn't have major technical issues.

However, it feels a bit basic for the price. The automation features are limited and I found the filtering options to be less precise than I'd hoped. It saved me some manual searching, but I didn't see a huge jump in engagement or conversions. It's a decent tool if you need a simple starting point, but power users might find it lacking.

Just had to leave a review for SocialDM! As someone who manages multiple client accounts, the "inbox zero" feeling was a distant dream. This tool has completely changed my workflow. I can now view and respond to messages from Instagram, Facebook, and even LinkedIn all in one clean dashboard. The saved replies feature is a lifesaver for common questions, and being able to assign conversations to my team members has made collaboration seamless. Its intuitive, reliable, and has genuinely saved me hours every week. A must-have for any social media manager!
