I would give zero stars if that were an option. The ordering process was misleading. There was no estimated shipping date, and it was never stated that delivery would take over a month.
I placed my order on November 26, 2025 for a “First Christmas” onesie. By December 24, it still had not arrived. I requested a refund and was told it had been processed and that I should allow three to seven business days for it to appear in my account.
It has now been well beyond that timeframe, and no refund has been received. This reflects very poorly on the company’s business practices.
