Poor Fit and Unsatisfactory Refund Policy
I ordered two pairs of jeans, but they did not fit properly. When I requested a refund, it was refused. I was instead advised to donate the items in exchange for a 20% discount on future purchases. Based on this experience, I would not recommend buying from this company, as both the product and customer service were disappointing.
