So honestly i was expecting the worst when my account messed up this morning. usually dealing with customer service is a total headache where you spend an hour repeating yourself to three different bots before anyone even reads your message.
but nah, pinged live chat and got connected right away. no endless scripted answers, no waffle, guy just asked what the issue was, i told him, and he sorted it out behind the scenes in literally like 3 minutes. no back n forth, no wasting time. in and out before my coffee even got cold.
