Found two genuinely cheap itineraries through this flight comparison site that beat my usual aggregators by over a hundred pounds each, so the core search earns its place in rotation. Interface however buries flexible date searches behind extra clicks that competitors surface immediately, and price alerts fired inconsistently, sometimes three days late making the deal theoretical rather than bookable. Customer service exists only via email with day-long response times. Useful as one input among several when hunting fares.
