Genuine platform, respect the default risk
Two years into Groundfloor with roughly forty positions spread across grades, and my blended return lands around eight percent, below their headline ten but respectable. The ten dollar minimum and zero investor fees are real advantages over competing property platforms. The catch other reviews underplay: three of my loans went delinquent, and one has been locked up for over a year past its six month term with vague status emails. Their fixed-income Notes product has a flawless record if you want simplicity. Individual loans demand genuine diversification and tolerance for capital sitting frozen through foreclosures.
