Overall I've great experience
Overall, I've had a great experience with Napsgear. The selection is incredible, and the prices are very competitive. My last order for some basic ancillaries arrived in about 3 weeks to the US, which is pretty standard for international shipping. Everything was discreetly packaged and exactly as described. The reason it's not a full 5 stars is that the customer service response time can be a bit slow if you have a question, but they always eventually get back to you. For the quality and reliability, I'll definitely be ordering again.
